What is inside one pen?
3 ml of the Orivelle blend — tea tree oil, vitamin C and botanical oils — with a dial at the bottom and a brush on the tip. The box prints the complete ingredient list and the directions.
How do I use it?
Turn the dial until formula reaches the brush, brush a light coat over clean, dry nails and the skin around them, and let it dry. No rinsing. Morning and evening.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay for a bundle once. Nothing renews, nothing is billed again and there is nothing to cancel. Order again whenever you like.
When will my order ship?
Within 2 business days. In the US a single pen ships for $4.95; the 3- and 6-pen bundles ship at no extra charge. The UK, EU, German and Canadian checkouts show their own prices and delivery estimates.
Can I put it on over nail polish?
No — the pen is made for bare nails. Set polish and artificial nails aside while you use it so the coat reaches the nail itself.
Who should not use it?
It is for external use only and must never go on broken skin. If you have a skin or nail condition, are pregnant or are nursing, talk to your healthcare provider first. Keep it away from children and pets.
What if I want to send it back?
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can come back within 30 days of delivery. Write to support first so we can register the return. You pay the return postage and the original shipping charge is not refunded (EU and Norway customers who return within 14 days get a full refund). EU and UK customers also keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The return policy in full.
